Lee Wolfe

Lee Wolfe is a management consultant with over 27 years of experience in a range of corporate and private positions from VP to President to Owner of several businesses. Having served on both sides of the table has given Lee a wealth of knowledge and a unique ability to understand the perspective of clients as they strive to be effective leaders in their respective organizations. As a result, Lee has been an advisor to a wide array of clients including Fortune 500 corporations, small businesses and the U.S. Army.

Lee Wolfe founded Halogenex (formerly Institute of Performance Excellence) in 2003 when he and Jennifer Whitaker merged their respective coaching and consulting companies. Prior

to Halogenex, Lee served as an independent consultant to the distribution industry, and has been recognized as a market and industry leader since the 1990s. Lee has assisted clients in improving performance, quality, and profitability through the design, development and implementation of totally integrated business systems. He has also developed CD and Web-based, self-paced instruction programs, as well as traditional, instructor-led materials.

Lee is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Lee and his wife Phyllis enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren who bring great joy to their lives.

Lee also has an interest in giving back to the community and has been a Rotarian for over 20 years, is involved in Operation Sandbox and offers pro bono consulting and multi-media advice to several charitable organizations. Lee also completed Leadership Gwinnett and has served on the United Way Capital Campaign.
